Booking & Apartment Information


  • Booking: Use the Book Now Calendar Facility or Call 07594023195
  • Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit is due and taken at the time of booking by card details provided.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% of the balance will be taken any time 7 days before check in via card details provided.
  • Cancellation: Up to 7 days of booking the 50% non refundable deposit will be kept, less than 7 days the full amount or 100% will be taken. 
  • Check In: 3pm
  • Check Out: 10am
  • Key Collection: Key drop box is located to the left of the front door, a secure code will be sent via email, text or phone to the lead name prior to arrival.
  • Key Return: We kindly ask you leave the key in the same drop box and secure the box after you check out.
  • Accessibility: The apartments are located in a town house conversions, with 8 main steps leading to the front door, then apartments located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, there is no lift in the building.
  • Parking: If booking 6 the entire 6 bedroom apartment 2 car park spaces will be provided to the front of the building. If booking the 2 or 4 bedroom apartment 1 car parking space will be provided. Additional cars can use the on street parking by using the parking permits we can provide.
  • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Bay View Holiday Apartments or the communal areas. A £100.00 fine will be issued and deducted from the credit details submitted to Escape2 The Sands Ltd if any guest is found to smoking within the apartment or communal areas.
