Key Collection: Key drop box is located to the left of the front door, a secure code will be sent via email, text or phone to the lead name prior to arrival.
Key Return: We kindly ask you to leave the key in the same dropbox and secure the box after you check out.
Accessibility: The apartments are located in a townhouse conversion, with 8 main steps leading to the front door, then apartments located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, there is no lift in the building.
Parking: If booking 6 the entire 6 bedroom apartment 2 car park spaces will be provided to the front of the building. If booking the 2 or 4 bedroom apartment 1 car parking space will be provided. Additional cars can use the on-street parking by using the parking permits we can provide.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Bay View Holiday Apartments or the communal areas. A £100.00 fine will be issued and deducted from the credit details submitted to Escape2 The Sands Ltd if any guest is found to smoking within the apartment or communal areas.
